The Annual Reunion 2010
The Annual Reunion was held at St George's College on Sunday 20th June 2010. Around 200 OGs and OMs attended the day with their families and friends. There was even some OGs that had not been back to St George's since leaving in the 60s!
The day started with Mass in the chapel followed by welcome drinks on the Orchard Pitch. Fortunately the weather was very kind to us and it turned out sunny just in time for the BBQ lunch. Around 50 children attended and very much enjoyed the bouncy castle and facepainting although some didn't want to leave at the end of the day! Throughout the day OGs and OMs enjoyed watching the Cricket and Tennis matches that took place. Tours of the College were also very popular and many memories came back for many I'm sure. After the tour there were opportunities to look at the memorabilia from the College including photo albums and the Family History Book. The day finished with afternoon tea on the Orchard Pitch.
